Do you accept refunds?

You may return most new, unopened tea within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

where can i purchase your teas?

Our teas can be purchased on our website 24/7 or you can catch us at a local farmer's market to purchase in person.

Can i sample your teas before purchasing?

If you are local to the Houston area, find us at a local farmer's market to sample our selection of the day. If you live out of the area, order our sample box to taste all of our artisan blends.

Do you offer bagged teas?

Currently, we do not offer bagged options for our teas. However, we recommend the following sustainably sourced tea bags to take any of our teas on the go with you!

What is the best way to store my tea to keep it fresh?

We highly encourage you to keep your loose leaf teas stored in an air tight container and out of direct sunlight. Be sure to keep keep in a cool dry place. All of our teas have a two year shelf life if stored with the above recommendations.

where do you ship and how long will i have to wait?

We currently ship throughout the United States and shipping can take 7-10 business days. If you place an order Friday-Sunday, your order will be shipped the following business day. We offer free shipping on all orders over $60USD.
